Design Visionary for Healthcare Innovation

We are seeking a creative and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team. Reporting to the CTO and working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframes through to final visual design and implementation support.

This is an exciting opportunity to solve real user problems, iterate based on feedback, and balance user needs with business goals. You'll work in a collaborative environment, enjoying autonomy to do your best work and seeing the direct impact your contribution has in the real world.

The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design process, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs for web applications. Experience creating responsive, mobile-first designs and working with design systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Design visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces, adhering to brand guidelines and design system standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless handoff and accurate implementation.

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG).
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working on SaaS products or in agile development environments.
