Job Summary:
As a Senior Visual Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity and enhancing the user experience of our digital products. You will lead the creation of compelling, user-centered designs that are both aesthetically engaging and functionally effective. Your expertise in visual design, branding, and user interface principles will directly contribute to the success of our product and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualization & Design Execution

  • Lead the design of visually impactful assets for digital products, platforms, and campaigns.

  • Develop design concepts, layouts, and visuals in response to creative briefs and business requirements.

  • Translate complex ideas into clear, elegant design solutions.

2. Brand Identity & Development

  • Maintain and ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evolve and elevate the brand's visual language.

3. UI & UX Collaboration

  • Design clean, intuitive user interfaces with a focus on usability and consistency.

  • Work closely with UX designers and developers to integrate design with user flows and technical implementation.

4. Leadership & Mentorship

  • Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers.

  • Foster a collaborative, innovative design culture within the team.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive messaging and experience.

  • Contribute to strategic discussions on design impact and user engagement.

6. Project & Workflow Management

  • Manage multiple design projects concurrently, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

  • Coordinate with project managers to align on priorities, deliverables, and timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

  • 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in digital product design.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI design, branding, and digital assets.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or equivalent.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

  • Experience mentoring or leading design teams is a plus.
