Job Description

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to join our team as a Solutions Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their requirements and pain points, and designing solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage in functional and technical discussions with customers to understand their requirements and pain points.
  2. Design and present solutions that demonstrate the product's value, addressing customer needs effectively.
  3. Conduct needs assessments and solution-finding sessions, including technical questionnaires, for customers with varying levels of complexity.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of our product suite, including front-end and back-end functionality.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical product functional issues, sales processes, and propose solutions.
