Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our e-commerce support team. Frontier, a leading talent agency for companies, requires an experienced Merchant Support Specialist to help clients navigate and troubleshoot our testing platform.

The Role's Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through prompt responses to merchant inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and provide solutions or escalate when necessary.
  • Become an expert on our products to answer questions quickly and accurately.
  • Manage 20–30 open customer conversations simultaneously.
  • Ensure timely resolution of all tickets by owning follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on complex or escalated issues.
  • Identify trends in support issues and share insights with product, tech, and ops teams.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives (documentation, training, etc.).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in merchant support, customer support, or related roles.
  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or analytics is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • You must enjoy helping others and be able to think critically.
  • Candidates should be comfortable juggling multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Multitasking, organization, and time management skills are crucial.
  • Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Looker, SQL, or BI platforms is beneficial.
