Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Solutions Specialist Sr to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, project management, and customer service. They will be responsible for delivering Dayforce configuration that follow best practices, providing limited customer support, and delivering long-term solutions to fix configuration gaps identified by Dayforce customers post go-live.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist implementation project teams to deliver Dayforce configuration that follow best practices
  • Provide limited customer support to clients awaiting implementation of their Dayforce product
  • Deliver long-term solutions to fix configuration gaps identified by Dayforce customers post go-live
  • Mentor and consult with team members on technical matters
  • Document implementation process gaps and incorporate best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant software/computer related fields
  • 4+ years of support experience or equivalent
  • Superior communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and understanding of relational database systems
  • Expert understanding of programming, HTML, and Microsoft Server Technology
  • Technical knowledge of XML and XSLT
  • Solid exposure to hosting and change management protocols
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in support, consulting, and/or project management experience specifically in the HCM space
  • Certification in the HCM space such as CPA Payroll Compliance Legislation and Payroll Fundamentals
