Job Title: Operational Excellence Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee the resolution and documentation of issues, bugs, and service requests across all projects. This role requires strong operational management skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and standardize performance management, onboarding, and supporting team managers.
  • Manage the internal and external knowledge base, collaborating with frontline teams.
  • Track bugs, service requests, and issues across Aven projects within Asana, ensuring documentation and remediation are complete.
  • Monitor task management for best practices, coaching teams on new initiatives, reviewing and standardizing metrics.
  • Assist in developing and implementing operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Operational Management

Itemize, review, and track tasks or projects on SCRUM documents to ensure ongoing updates and progress.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with team members across multiple departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in operations management, project management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a solid attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Excel, basic SQL.
  • Ability to understand, analyze, and resolve complex issues with practical solutions.
