Job Description

The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our client deliverables, operational processes, and internal data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enforce robust SOPs to ensure accuracy and consistency across audited deliverables
  • Conduct internal audits to international standards, ensuring adherence to agreed turnaround times and active contribution to process improvements
  • Lead data quality and remediation projects, initiating cross-functional cleanup efforts and resolving identified issues
  • Ensure timely issue identification and communication, measurable reduction in recurring errors, and zero instances of improper 'csat_no' tag usage or unauthorized removal of negative sentiment tags through monthly audits
  • Perform high-quality internal audit within 12 months, adhering to international standards, with clearly defined testing parameters, control evaluations, and documented findings
Required Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an auditor
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
  • Knowledge of IFRS, Singapore FRS, Singapore Companies Act, Singapore Income Tax Act, and Goods and Services Tax Act
  • Professional certification in auditing (e.g. CAIA, CFA)
