As a seasoned professional in supply chain management, you will be responsible for overseeing the Return to Seller (RTS) process. This involves ensuring seamless coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations, from initiation to resolution, adhering to established protocols and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Operations Management: Manage the RTS process, ensuring smooth coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Returned Product Handling: Oversee the efficient handling of returned products, from initiation to resolution, adhering to established protocols and timelines.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct in-depth root cause analyses for returned items to identify systemic issues.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Industrial/Management Engineering or related field required.
  • Experience: At least two years of relevant experience in warehousing, e-commerce, logistics, or related fields.
  • Skills: Data management, quality assurance, operational efficiency, solutions operations, good interpersonal and communication skills.
