Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Manila at Yello X Supply Chain Solutions. The Product Manager will act as both strategist and architect—acquiring new clients while mastering the company's services to design and deliver impactful digital transformation initiatives. The role focuses on assisting customers through their onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth transition into Yello X's ecosystem, and collaborating on product development efforts.

Qualifications

Experience in assisting with customer onboarding processes

Skills in gathering and translating customer feedback into actionable product improvements

Strong capabilities in Market Research and Data Analysis

Demonstrated ability in Cross-functional Team Collaboration and Leadership

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Technical background in software development or engineering is preferred

Experience in the supply chain or e-commerce industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
