Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the strategic utilization of Salesforce, ensuring optimal efficiency and comprehensive adoption of its features and benefits. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional technical and communication abilities, capable of effectively collaborating with internal stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and administer and enhance the Salesforce system.

About the Role:

  • Develop innovative, secure, high-quality business solutions on the Force.com platform for the healthcare sector.
  • Create and manage Data Dictionaries.
  • Produce application flow charts and detailed technical documentation.
  • Define technical specifications to align custom applications with business needs.
  • Work within an Agile framework in a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) team setting.
  • Conduct unit and integration testing.
  • Design Distributed Integrations between Salesforce and proprietary Enterprise Applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum three years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Proficiency in SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language).
  • Expertise in Visualforce, Lightning Components, Aura Components, and Apex, with a focus on advanced Apex skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting and resolving complex logical issues.
  • Familiarity with Platform Events is desirable, with a particular emphasis on Apex proficiency in this role.
