Content Strategist Job Description

We are seeking a Content Strategist to develop and execute a comprehensive content plan that drives pipeline growth, accelerates deals, and positions our organization as the trusted voice of safe AI.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create targeted campaigns, events, and content that move prospects from curiosity to closed-won. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving qualified leads and influencing annual pipeline through end-to-end programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fundamental Duty: Drive Qualified Leads - Develop and implement content strategies that attract high-quality leads and support complex, high-value sales cycles.
  • Core Competency: Speed Sales Cycle - Equip sellers and account executives with compelling campaigns and assets that unblock deals and grow average contract value.
  • Main Objective: Amplify Awareness - Position our organization as the go-to partner for safe, high-velocity AI services across various channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior Experience: 5+ years in B2B marketing, owning end-to-end programs in tech, AI, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Proven Ability: Running field, partner, and/or ABM initiatives supporting complex sales cycles.
  • Critical Skillset: Collaboration - Working closely with sales, product, and revenue operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce and project management tools like Asana.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Campaign Ownership: From ideation to post-mortem analysis.
  • Compelling Copywriting: Messaging tailored to technical buyers.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Building dashboards, analyzing funnel data, and acting on insights.
  • Project Management: Juggling multiple programs while keeping teams aligned.
  • Adaptability: Thriving in dynamic environments with shifting requirements and tight timelines.
Education / Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
