Hunter's Hub Inc is seeking a Technical Helpdesk Associate to provide technical support to our customers. As a Technical Helpdesk Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers' technical inquiries and issues.
Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, logging and tracking support requests, installing and maintaining systems/software, and documenting solutions and updating knowledge base. You will also be required to interact with customers to provide process and response to inquiries and gather information and determine the issues by evaluating and analyzing symptoms.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology and at least two years of experience in helpdesk support or related field are required. Experience in system support is also highly desirable.
