Hunters Hub Incorporated is seeking a Helpdesk Professional to join our team. As a Helpdesk Professional, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner.
We are looking for someone who has a strong background in Computer Science Information Technology and has at least 2 years of experience in helpdesk support or related fields. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Analyze symptoms, gather information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions through designated tracking systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in helpdesk support or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
