Senior M365 Support Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Support Engineer to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and expertise in Microsoft 365 solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT infrastructure, with a focus on cloud technologies, particularly Azure and Microsoft 365. They should have hands-on experience with Exchange Server administration, Windows Server management, and Azure Active Directory Premium. Additionally, they should be well-versed in PowerShell scripting and familiar with Service Desk tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first- and second-level technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote desktop sessions.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client incidents and ensure timely resolution of cases.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge bases and documentation to enhance the support experience for clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a cloud-based environment.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Server.
  • Experience with Windows Server management, Azure Active Directory Premium, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
