Cloud Computing Expert - DevOps

Seeking an experienced Cloud Computing Expert with a strong background in DevOps to join our team. As a key member of our managed services team, you will be responsible for ongoing support and maintenance of our clients' Azure platforms.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud-based tools and technologies, including Microsoft Azure, and will possess excellent communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues alike.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients on the use of cloud-based tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for client environments, ensuring that all relevant information is up-to-date and easily accessible.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies, including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with ITIL processes and associated ITSM systems and service portals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
