Cloud Computing Professional

We're seeking a talented and versatile professional to join our dynamic team. As part of our growth strategy, we're looking for someone with expertise in cloud computing to develop and maintain applications using Salesforce technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in configuring Salesforce implementations that include Einstein within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. They will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining lab demo environments to support testing, demonstrations, and training sessions.

This role involves analyzing business processes and translating them into effective solutions. The candidate should have experience working with data sources, APIs, and integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and accurate data management within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce lab demo environments.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using APEX and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Analyze business processes and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Manage projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Provide technical support and training to users as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience developing specifically for Salesforce, specifically in Sales & Service Cloud.
  • Experience with Generative AI technologies or capabilities.
  • Proficiency in programming using Salesforce.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or other computer related disciplines.
