Job Overview

The Branch Manager oversees the branch's overall performance, driving business growth through strategic planning and effective sales strategy implementation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Reports to the Head of Banking Operations.
  2. Provides exceptional customer service while meeting business objectives.
  3. Manages a team of employees to ensure daily sales, service, and operational plans are embedded in the way business is done.
  4. Proactively develops and maintains strong customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities.

  6. Resolves customer complaints efficiently.
  7. Stays informed about market trends and customer profiles to identify potential sales opportunities.
  8. Executes sales strategies and activities to achieve target revenues and key performance indicators.
  9. Ensures seamless operations, optimizing client satisfaction, profitability, and growth within compliance guidelines.
  10. Develops and manages talent to achieve sales goals and fosters a culture of excellence, integrity, and accountability.
