Senior Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Architect to spearhead automation strategy and framework design across multiple squads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end automation projects.
  • Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on schedule, status, progress, and issues.
  • Design functional technology solutions aligned with project and organizational needs.
  • Define and implement an effective automation strategy using Katalon.
  • Develop and enforce automation frameworks and best practices.
  • Replicate the automation framework across multiple squads ensuring scalability and consistency.
  • Continuously optimize the framework for compatibility with varying software, OS, tools, and hardware environments.
  • Validate and monitor adherence to best practices within the automation team.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the automation engineering team.
  • Architect tool integration in line with application architecture and testing tools landscape.
  • Develop and deliver custom utilities as per client requirements – including test data generation, advanced reporting, and other tailored automation solutions.
