IT Support Specialist">

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT professional to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. This role involves providing day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime. They will also guide and train users on the use of systems, applications, and collaboration tools.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide first-level support for IT systems and infrastructure.
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
    • Guide and train users on system usage.
    • Maintain and update asset inventories and documentation.
    • Assist with user onboarding and offboarding.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
    • Basic knowledge of networking and IT systems.
    • Familiarity with Windows environments and common enterprise tools.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
