ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a US Auditor, internally known as a Client Finance Coordinator who will provide a unique opportunity to streamline execution excellence across multiple teams. This role will support and partner with a client strategy team in entering client order information into the financial system.

WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 Eastern Daylight Time (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), Follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Process high-volume client orders on time accurately, ensuring full compliance with client contract requirements and internal standards
  • Maintain a strong commitment to data accuracy and completeness across all accounting and client-related documentation
  • Escalate issues and concerns with urgency and clarity to minimize delays and risks proactively
  • Audit accounting outputs (client invoices, vendor bills, revenue reports, gross margins, etc.) to ensure precision, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions when needed
  • Analyze and interpret accounting data to support decision-making and maintain client satisfaction
  • Meet tight deadlines consistently while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with the Accounting and Client Strategy teams
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to meet client needs and continuously search for ways to enhance service delivery
  • Uphold high standards of organization, attention to detail, and critical thinking to maintain data integrity
  • Handle additional duties and responsibilities that may be assigned as necessitated by business needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong experience with high-volume data entry, data interpretation, and data quality assurance
  • Solid understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel functions (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively under multiple concurrent deadlines
  • Superior attention to detail, with a proven ability to deliver accurate work consistently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new processes, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
