Administrative Professional CRM and WordPress Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing Salesforce, managing WordPress content, and supporting operational tasks including invoicing, client communications, and calendar scheduling.

We are seeking an experienced administrator who can utilize their expertise in WordPress website management and customization to build and customize forms and layouts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing efficient workflows and dashboards within Salesforce
  • Assisting with client follow-ups, email communications, and scheduling meetings
  • Generating and managing invoices, receipts, and basic financial records
  • Coordinating between departments for task updates and completion
  • Identifying and suggesting process improvements using tools like Make.com or Zapier
  • Maintaining data accuracy across systems and supporting data migration projects

Required qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in WordPress website management and customization
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms)
  • Familiarity with automation tools is a strong advantage
  • At least 2 years' experience in executive or virtual assistance
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Comfortable working during standard business hours

Technical skills required include:

  • WordPress (Forms, Plugins, Page Editing)
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM tool
  • Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs)
  • Basic accounting or invoicing software
  • Automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier – optional)
