Job Description:\

Hire Digital is seeking a Senior SEO Content Strategist to lead both technical SEO and editorial content strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker who can integrate SEO insights, audience data, and content planning to drive measurable organic growth. The ideal candidate excels at combining on-page and technical SEO expertise with data-informed storytelling to shape content calendars that resonate with lifestyle audiences.

Responsibilities include conducting technical audits, implementing on-site improvements, optimizing website architecture, tracking and reporting on SEO performance, and collaborating with web developers and stakeholders.

Key areas of focus include SEO strategy, content strategy & editorial planning, and collaboration with client stakeholders and internal teams.

Requirements:\
  • Previous experience in SEO strategy and content marketing, preferably with agency or editorial brand experience.
  • Demonstrated success optimizing websites and scaling SEO content in B2C sectors such as travel, lifestyle, or finance.
  • Proficient with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, BuzzSumo, and content planning platforms.
  • Deep understanding of audience intent, content mapping, and storytelling within SEO frameworks.
  • Experience creating editorial strategies informed by SEO, competitive analysis, and cultural trends.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide writers, designers, and developers.
  • Familiarity with Mastercard's Priceless or travel-related brand tone is a plus.
