Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and meeting productivity standards.

To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They must also be proficient in computer software and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Requirements:
