Customer Support Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or night shift setting. They must also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure a seamless customer service experience. You will also be responsible for collecting and relaying customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to their experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system.
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Skills:
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or night shift setting.
- Experience with CRM software and customer support tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
