This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a strong background in call center operations. As a remote customer service agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer issues efficiently, and providing accurate documentation of interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Research and retrieve information across systems to support customer needs.
  • Document interactions and process claims accurately.
  • Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources.
  • Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Requirements:
  • Previous call center experience.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
  • High-speed internet connection.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up.
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
