Job Description

The Sustainability Data Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Sustainability team by managing administrative tasks and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of sustainability data across the organisation. This role is essential for consolidating information from various subsidiaries and entering it into multiple reporting systems, including EcoCost software, greenhouse gas (GhG) platforms, and the ERP system.

The coordinator will assist in maintaining supplier due diligence processes, support emissions reduction tracking, and contribute to the establishment and maintenance of certification systems such as FSC, Recycled Content, and Bonsucro. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sustainability and supply chain management, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and excellent organisational abilities.

Requirements
  1. At least 2 years of experience or strong interest in sustainability, supply chain, or data administration.
  2. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  3. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  4. Comfortable working with large datasets and various software tools.
  5. Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
