We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team. As Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in the operational foundation of our business, enabling our client-facing teams to deliver exceptional results.

Job Description

This is a multi-disciplinary position that encompasses Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and Information Technology responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with financial reporting, tracking, planning, and analysis, as well as a strong understanding of audit processes and compliance requirements.

You will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, billing systems oversight, and financial reporting. Additionally, you will provide support to HR initiatives related to employee performance tracking and development.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Billing Systems Oversight
    • Accounts Management
    • HR Support

Key Performance Indicators: Collection Rate, Cash Conversion Cycle, expense margins, and revenue trends.

Requirements: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and embodiment of core values such as ownership, drive, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, subscription billing or recurring revenue models, and payment processors.
