As a skilled Fire Sprinkler Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing architectural, structural, and MEP plans to provide accurate cost estimates for fire sprinkler systems. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project accuracy and adherence to standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan Analysis: Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans to identify fire sprinkler system requirements
  • Estimation: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for fire sprinkler systems
  • Collaboration: Work with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project accuracy and adherence to standards
  • Tool Utilization: Use specialized software and tools to create and maintain project estimates
  • Documentation: Generate and maintain project documentation, reports, and spreadsheets
Requirements:
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP plans
  • Experience: Experience in fire sprinkler system estimation is preferred
