Product Development Lead

As a key player in shaping product development from inception to delivery, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the product aligns with company goals and objectives while driving innovation and success.

This pivotal role requires a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business objectives. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with company goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams to synchronize product strategy with overall business objectives.
  • Analyzing user data to identify product solutions and areas for improvement.
  • Presenting product development ideas to stakeholders and keeping them informed of progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks based on changing requirements.
  • Coach and mentor other product owners and team members to develop their product management skills.
  • Improve the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks and delivering products on time.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
