Product Development Specialist

We are looking for a Product Developer to play a crucial role in our product development process. As a key team member, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform innovative ideas into commercial products.
Main Responsibilities:- Be involved in the entire product development process, working with PD Lead to identify development needs within existing product lines.
- Conduct market research to identify and evaluate new product ideas by adopting a customer-centric approach to validate the concepts.
- Research, identify, and evaluate suppliers, communicate requirements such as specifications, costs, MOQ, lead time, and order samples.
- Collaborate with other team members, including product designers, legal, compliance, and quality assurance specialists to ensure final product design and quality meet expectations.
- Work with marketing teams or external agencies to ensure marketing-related deliverables are completed according to timeline and brand guidelines.
- 3-5 years of experience in a product development role, preferably in the baby, kids, or toys categories.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
- Self-directed, proactive, and motivated to drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
- Good understanding of Western consumer markets (US & Europe) for product decision-making.
