Lead Strategic Operations

This pivotal role oversees the Network Planning Team, focusing on project resourcing, team performance, and strategic initiatives to boost efficiency.

  • Oversee a team of 3–6 Design Team Leads, managing their performance and development.
  • Conduct regular assessments, provide feedback, and take necessary performance management actions.
  • Manage workload distribution to ensure quality outputs for all stakeholder projects.
  • Build and maintain a collaborative, high-performing team culture across geographies.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize efficiency and performance.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.

Key Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations management.
  • Understanding of telecommunications network design and engineering principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, driving results across departments.
  • Analytical and data-driven, capable of identifying trends and making informed decisions.

This role is remote-friendly, requiring local residency to support occasional onsite activities.
