Financial Planning Analyst Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

This role is ideal for individuals who excel in analyzing complex financial data, developing business insights, and driving process improvements. If you have a strong background in accounting, finance, or related fields and excellent analytical skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic planning and execution of critical initiatives that drive financial performance and operational excellence.
  • Manage the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, perform risk analyses, and create 'what-if' scenarios to inform key initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Finance leadership to shape and support financial strategies and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive digital innovation and process optimization, focusing on automation, cost savings, and process re-engineering.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data, develop business insights, and drive process improvements.
