As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for users facing challenges with iAuditor. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective assistance via multiple channels.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer inquiries about SafetyCulture (iAuditor) in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Educating customers on the features and capabilities of iAuditor, as well as providing product updates and enhancements.
  • Assisting customers with installation issues and basic troubleshooting tasks.
  • Fostering customer independence by empowering them with knowledge and skills necessary to use iAuditor effectively.
  • Conducting research using approved SafetyCulture resources to resolve complex issues.
