Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, coupled with 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with a strong command of CRM systems and call center tools.
  • Authorization to work in the country where the job is based, along with a willingness to submit to background checks and adhere to program requirements.
