The role of a Customer Service Representative is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

- Provide timely and accurate information about products, services, and billing to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, utilizing CRM systems and call center tools efficiently.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve performance goals related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance service delivery and adapt to changing customer needs.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, coupled with 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with a strong command of CRM systems and call center tools.
- Authorization to work in the country where the job is based, along with a willingness to submit to background checks and adhere to program requirements.
