Job Title: Property Transactions Specialist

This role involves managing property sales transactions from initial client engagement to contract execution. Key responsibilities include writing offers, managing MLS listings, and utilizing technology for efficient organization and data entry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Transaction Management: Assisting clients in buying and selling properties while ensuring a smooth transaction process
  • Marketing and Lead Generation: Developing digital marketing campaigns and generating leads through referrals, networking, and social media
  • Property Analysis and Valuation: Conducting market analyses, providing valuable insights to clients, and negotiating fair prices
  • Contract Execution: Drafting contracts, overseeing the closing process, and maintaining compliance with real estate laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Valid Real Estate License (Broker or Agent)
  • Proven Experience in Sales and Transaction Management
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MLS, CRM software, and transaction management platforms
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Bonus Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Local Market Trends and Regulations
  • Experience in QuickBooks Online and Social Media Marketing
