Transaction Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Transaction Support Specialist to manage purchase agreements, contracts, and transaction files. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for communicating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Manage and maintain purchase agreements, contracts, and transaction files;
- Liaise with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to update on transaction statuses;
- Review documentation to ensure compliance with standard regulations;
- Coordinate the exchange of properties and materials, and provide closing statements to parties involved;
- Maintain a system recording all transactions for future reference;
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or relevant role;
- Proficiency in Transaction Management Software;
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 level) and solid organizational skills;
- Technical knowledge, including desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP, and MS Office software;
- Able to work on a graveyard shift and possess a proactive attitude;
The ideal candidate should have excellent time management skills, tech savviness, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
