Job Title

  • This is a high-ownership role that involves generating agency leads, setting appointments, and creating content that resonates with the mission of the company.
  • The responsibilities include:
    • Researching and building a high-quality pipeline of global boutique/luxury travel agencies.
    • Conducting outbound outreach via email and LinkedIn to introduce the company's offerings.
    • Setting and confirming intro calls between qualified partners and the Founder.
    • Tracking all engagement, follow-ups, and notes using a CRM.
    • Contributing to copywriting and optimization of outreach campaigns.
  • You will also be responsible for:
    • Drafting social media posts, newsletters, and digital content for B2B and agency audiences.
    • Repurposing photos, testimonials, and itineraries into branded marketing assets.
    • Assisting with campaign scheduling via tools like Canva, Mailchimp, and Buffer.
    • Maintaining visual consistency across decks, one-pagers, and digital assets.
    • Monitoring content performance and supporting monthly reporting on engagement.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in marketing, virtual support, or business development coordination.
