Seeking a results-driven Executive Operations Specialist to provide strategic support to a high-profile CEO. This individual will be responsible for managing complex priorities, coordinating logistics, and maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective systems for prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support, including email management, calendar organization, and document preparation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, partners, and clients.
  • Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and drive business growth.
  • Assist with podcast production, media coordination, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Research, plan, and book travel, events, and personal commitments.

Required Skills:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in executive operations, Senior Executive Assistant (EA), project coordination, or operations roles supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across business and personal domains.
  • High intelligence, curiosity, and ability to learn quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools (especially ChatGPT) for productivity.
  • Independent, remote-ready work style with discipline and ownership.
