Travel Operations Specialist">

Join us for a dynamic role as a Travel Operations Specialist, working closely with our team to ensure seamless travel experiences for colleagues and guests worldwide.

  • Engage with colleagues to resolve travel-related queries and issues
  • Collaborate with the Business Services team on company and industry event planning
  • Hold travel vendors accountable for delivering exceptional service
  • Verify invoices for accurate charges and timely payments, credits, and refunds
  • Monitor trends, expenses, emissions, and compliance with our travel policies
  • Track unused tickets, credits, and airline points usage
What We Are Looking For:
  • Excellent academic achievements in school and university
  • A degree in a business or technical field
  • Superb communication skills
  • Responsibility and accountability
  • Self-awareness and thoughtfulness
  • Ability to travel up to four times a year for company events lasting up to two weeks
  • Capacity to quickly learn new technologies and software
