Job Description">

Key Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic E-commerce & Supplier Partnerships Lead to drive the growth of our client's B2B/B2C platform. This is an offshore role where you'll be a key player, focusing on expanding our network of high-end furniture and premium food suppliers and nurturing commercial partnerships.

You will manage the entire lifecycle of supplier relationships, from initial outreach and negotiation to ongoing operational support. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive mindset to ensure a smooth flow of products and a premium experience for our customers.

  2. Identify, source, and secure new suppliers by negotiating and finalizing supply and wholesale agreements.
  3. Manage the onboarding process for all new suppliers.
  4. Meticulously maintain and update product catalogs, including complex multi-tiered pricing structures.

Coordinate logistics and fulfillment to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.

Monitor day-to-day platform operations to guarantee a seamless customer experience and quickly resolve any issues.

Track and analyze key business metrics such as profit margins, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), stock levels, and lead times.

Prepare and present performance reports to management with clear, actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce operations and proficiency in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel) and CRM tools.
