Customer Support Professional with BPO Experience

At Sagan, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch support to our clients, and we're seeking a talented Customer Support Representative to join our remote team.
Key Responsibilities- We're looking for an experienced professional who can handle a wide range of customer interactions, from inquiries to issue resolution, while maintaining detailed records to ensure customer satisfaction.
- You'll need to troubleshoot product and service issues, escalating complex cases when necessary, and collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, data entry, and CRM updates as required will also be a key part of this role.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or support, preferably in a BPO setting, is required.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk) and communication tools (e.g., Slack, VOIP) is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, empathy, patience, and effective time management are must-haves for this role.
$900-$1200 USD per month, depending on experience.
