Your primary responsibilities will include developing leads, setting up our Sales Executives for success, and managing the prospective client's initial relationship. You will also be responsible for communicating with prospective clients via phone and email, as well as keeping up to date on product knowledge, industry information, and competitive landscape.

- Minimum of two years of experience in BPO, call center, sales, customer service or related field, with at least one year in lead generation or business development preferred
- Proficiency in dialers, CRMs, and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Pardot, Zoominfo, Sales navigator
- Ability to work alone or in small groups
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Strong self-motivation and be target driven
- To be willing to get outside of your comfort zone and engage multiple prospects daily
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Ability to rapidly adapt to changes in the business landscape
- Proficiency in MS Office, willingness to learn new software
