Quality Assurance Specialist, Operations
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role involves evaluating client support projects and administrative duties to identify areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a quality assurance or evaluation capacity.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating customer interactions to ensure service excellence and alignment with company policies.
- Reviewing back office task-handling to assess the quality of handling and adherence to company procedures.
- Providing recommendations to enhance overall customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
- Delivering constructive feedback to support agents based on evaluation results.
- Supporting the establishment and improvement of quality assurance guidelines and procedures.
- Compiling and reporting on team performance trends.
Requirements include:
- Minimum 2-3 years in a customer support role, with at least 1 year in a quality assurance or evaluation capacity.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Remarkable communication abilities.
- Familiarity with QA and CRM tools.
- Problem-solving approach.
Preferred qualifications include experience working with BPO teams, experience in training or coaching, and fluency in Spanish.
