Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to transform our online sales experience. This is a full-time remote role.

We reimagine the rug-buying experience through bold innovation and customer-obsessed mindset.

The Role
  • Engage, convert, and retain customers through data-driven messaging.
  • Deliver best-in-class customer communication across email channels.

You will take ownership of our email marketing channels, focusing on key performance metrics such as revenue per recipient and open rates.

Responsibilities
  • Design advanced automation flows and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Lead campaign planning, creation, and scheduling, working closely with the Content Manager.
  • Collaborate with the CX team to enhance customer communications.
  • Develop detailed briefs for the Content team.
  • Test and experiment with campaign elements to maximize performance.

Required skills include 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance-based email marketing, preferably in eCommerce.

A deep understanding of digital customer behavior and strong communication skills are essential.
