Email Marketing QA Specialist Role Overview

This is a critical position for scaling CRM campaigns with precision, compliance, and operational excellence.

The Email Marketing QA Lead will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and performance of lifecycle marketing efforts. They will manage workflow queues, conduct campaign QA, and partner with stakeholders on compliance, audit, and documentation processes.

Key responsibilities include managing task assignments across multiple GrowthAssistants, performing QA reviews of CRM campaign assets, maintaining and reinforcing QA playbooks, and leading weekly reporting on QA metrics.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in CRM operations, email QA, or campaign compliance roles
  • Proven ability to coordinate task assignments across a team and intermediate to advanced experience with CRM/marketing technology tools
  • Experience maintaining QA documentation, compliance protocols, and campaign opt-out/pixel/tag governance
