Job Overview

The role of a Senior IT Product Delivery Manager involves overseeing the development and delivery of software products in an enterprise IT environment. Direct communication with job posters is essential to ensure timely completion of projects.

This is a contract-based position that requires at least one year of commitment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Manila-Hybrid locations.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 8 years of project management experience is required, with a proven track record of success in managing complex IT initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with agile delivery methods such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, or hybrid approaches is necessary for this role.
Key Skills
  • Strong knowledge of program and project management principles, including best practices, methodologies, and delivery tools.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, risk management, budget control, and resource allocation.
  • Understanding of application development lifecycles, database design, testing methodologies, and software delivery.
  • Ability to motivate, mentor, and support project teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Technical Requirements
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Project Online, or equivalent.
  • Experience with collaboration and productivity platforms like MS Teams, Office 365, and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with integrity risk management and due diligence databases is an advantage.
Certification and Training
  • Obtaining certifications like MSP, PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or CITPM is a must.
  • Preferred certifications include PMI-ACP, PSM/CSM, DA, SAFe, or ITIL-related credentials.
