  • Lead and direct project teams, ensuring seamless execution and completion of unit deliverables.
  • Oversee preparation, verification, and submission of turnover documentation, adhering to contractual obligations.
  • Direct contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and cost protocols.
  • Approve and validate progress reports, scope changes, and cost control measures.
  • Provide comprehensive project status reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Enforce adherence to safety, housekeeping, and quality protocols, maintaining a safe working environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Professional License (e.g., Civil Engineer, Architect) is mandatory.
  • Postgraduate degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
