Job Title: Delivery Leader

Lead a team of IT professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients. Oversee project management, customer expectations, and service delivery processes.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

  • Plan, manage, and execute projects to meet client requirements and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery processes and maintain service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage resource requirements, engagement financials, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:
    • Gain a clear understanding of customer environments.
    • Deliver services according to contract terms and conditions.
    • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Resource Management:
    • Review and manage resource requirements.
    • Manage engagement financials, including timecards and invoices.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Maintain accurate documentation of service delivery processes and procedures.
    • Conduct data analysis to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required.
  • 7+ years' experience in IT service management and daily operational oversight within a professional services delivery environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage a team of 50+ FTEs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, analysis and problem-solving skills as well as excellent time management and organizational skills.
