Property Asset Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties. As Property Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously and ensuring seamless communication with tenants.

  • Tenant Communication: Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Lease Management: Monitor and enforce lease compliance to ensure tenants meet their contractual obligations.
  • Financial Management: Collect rent, manage accounts payable and receivable, and process invoices for payment.
  • Marketing and Advertising: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and increase occupancy rates.
  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance with U.S. real estate laws.
  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor performance.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to handle multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in property management software and virtual tools, with experience in data entry and management.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
