About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned property management professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties. This key role involves managing tenant relationships, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring lease compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with tenants to address their inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage leases and ensure that tenants comply with terms, fostering a positive landlord-tenant relationship
  • Oversee financial management, including rent collections and accounts payable/receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants and drive business growth
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism
  • Enter data into property management software and manage transactions, including bills for payment, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Invoice tenants and follow up on payments in a prompt and respectful manner
  • Process payroll for maintenance technicians, handling personnel matters with discretion and care
Requirements
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to handle tenant inquiries and manage maintenance schedules with ease
  • Experience with financial management, including rent collection, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Marketing skills to create strategies that attract new tenants and drive business growth, with a keen eye for innovation
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations related to real estate, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and process payroll for maintenance technicians with efficiency and discretion
  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with experience using property management software and virtual tools to streamline operations
